Rare Cheese Cake
Rare cheese cake is lighter than baked one, and go well with fruit sauce.
I just found that this cake only exist in Japan !
Since my childhood, I've always had to choose between baked cheese cake and rare cheese cake.
Both of them are equally good, but they are completely different things.
This is one of the hardest decision to be made in my memory :p
How to make "Rare Cheese Cake"
- Mix cream cheese and yogurt till it gets smooth.
- Warm up milk in a pot and put sugar to melt.
- Put one packet of gelatin to water, and stir into warm milk in the pot.
- Pour milk mixture to cream cheese, and mix well.
- Gradually pour lemon liquid to cream cheese mixture.
- Put mixture into container to chill down in fridge.

Potato Croquette
Potato croquette is served with "Sauce" in Japan which is very thick Worcestershire sauce/Worcester sauce.
Since people use this "Sauce" for Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake) or Tonkatsu (Breaded fried pork), this "Sauce" is sometimes called as "Okonomiyaki Sauce" or "Tonkatsu Sauce" even though they are fully vegetarian.
