This is one of the popular lunch box menu in Japan. Soboro is Teriyaki Flavored ground chicken, and it goes well with rice. Usually, it comes with sweetened scramble egg and some sort of green vegetable.
I like to eat it with Japanese sour plum, Umeboshi.
