Stewed Sausage in Tajin Style (タジンスタイルのソーセージのシチュー)

I wanted to make something goes well with Couscous. In France, I had stewed chicken with olive and something sweet which was served with couscous, and since then I wanted have it again.
I made something like Ratatouille, and add sausage and apricots.
